Gift Card Campaign Terms and Conditions
- By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, you agree to our site terms and conditions as well as the specific terms outlined here.
- All gift card campaigns are open to people aged 18 and over who provide their email address after completing the survey.
- Employees or agents of HF Foods Group (“HF Foods Group”, “We”) its group companies or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Good Food Survey or any survey conducted on this website are not eligible to receive a gift card.
- For the purposes of receiving a gift card, participants will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
- By submitting your personal information, you agree to receive emails from this website containing offers and developments that We think may interest you. You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe on every email We send.
- To receive a gift card, you must complete the survey that you accessed via a QR code on the printed, physical survey card, via a direct URL to a survey, or via a survey code that accessed a survey. You must submit a real name and a proper business email address. No purchase is necessary. If you have any questions about participating or in connection with receiving a gift card, please email us at [email protected] with “Survey Question” in the subject line.
- Only one (1) entry per business, and per person. Entries on behalf of another business or person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
- We accept no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete, or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.
- The closing date of this survey is September 30, 2023. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
- Of all entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions, the first 200 to submit complete and valid entries will be eligible to receive a gift card, subject to the conditions below.
- Gift cards are awarded through a service called Tremendous®. Recipients will receive an email to select a gift card of their choice from a variety of retailers. The value of the gift card will be $20. Tremendous® Terms and Conditions apply.
- The recipient will be notified via email on or before [DATE OF SEND] and must provide a valid email address to claim the gift card. If a recipient does not respond to this offer within fourteen (14) days of being notified, then the recipient’s gift card will be forfeited and We shall be entitled to select another recipient in accordance with the process described above (and the recipient will have to respond within fourteen (14) days of being notified or else they will also forfeit their gift card). If a recipient rejects their gift card or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the recipient’s gift card will be forfeited and We shall be entitled to select another recipient.
- The gift card will be sent to the recipient via email within 2 Weeks of the recipient’s valid response to the offer.
- The gift card is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
- We retain the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
- The recipient consents to the use by HF Foods Group and its related companies, both before and after the closing date of the gift card campaign for an unlimited time, of the recipient’s submitted information for publicity purposes and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the gift card campaign, all entrants consent to the same.
- We shall use and take care of any personal and organizational information you supply to us as described in our privacy policy, which can be seen here, and in accordance with data protection legislation. By participating in the survey, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your gift card campaign entry.
- We accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the gift card campaign or accepting the prize. We further disclaim liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the gift card campaign. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of HF Foods Group for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
- We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this gift card campaign with or without prior notice due to reasons outside of our control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of HF Foods Group in all matters under its control is final and binding.
- We shall not be liable for any failure to comply with our obligations where the failure is caused by something outside our reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
- These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
